Gas cap lock Question

I own a 2007 laguna 18' CC, I need a gas locking cap for it and the first one that popped up after doing a searching one was a stainless locking cap for $160.00 I almost pissed myself after see that price then I came to the Perko Locking Gas Cap for 70% cheaper! Would anyone here know if this will work? not looking to spend $160 to lock the fuel...

Perko makes a locking insert also. I got one last summer with gas prices so high. It fits inside the filler tube under the gas cap. West Marine had one when I was looking.

I put one of these in my fuel line, does not impede fueling at all.

I went too marine max and picked one up, fit like a champ!
