So I get no power at ignition switch. Fuse good for that. No click nothing but radio comes on, blower won't come on, nav lights won't come on. But trim works. Is there a 90 amp fuse somewhere? 4.3l Merc. 1998 searay

Most likely its corrosion or bad connection
You have a 90 amp fuse but that isn't the issue

Check power on the red/purple at the key switch
Then turn key ON and see if you get power on the purple wire on key switch

New problems or new to your problem?

New problem will give it a shot I did find one 3 amp blown fuse in back of boat I replaced. That's why I was thinking fuse. But will check power at switch thanks!

OK so no power to anything up on the panel, but from the starter the tilt motor is bolted to that fuse, it works, there is no inline fuse that i could find. Maybe too much corrosion?

There should be a 20 amp fuse behind the helm. Follow the red/purple wire on the key back to find the fuse

Ok then there is no power one either side of the fuse. The red/purple gets the power from the 50 amp breaker on the motor. Check both sides of it.

If no power on the 50 amp breaker then its the 90amp fuse on the starter or broken/bad wire

If you do have power on both sides of the breaker, then pull the 10 pin engine connector and see if there is power on pin 6

Everything on plug had power except number 4 was bouncing all over with multi meter

Everything had power, that's not right. On the motor side (assuming pulled connector apart
1 is ground
4 goes to switches that apply a ground to turn on the alarm (lube bottle, overheat, oil pressure)
5 wouldn't have power unless the key is turned ON or jumpered
8 is oil pressure sender

Your saying test male end of cable or female. I have power up to trim motor and the. From there I have rear light for night (out), and then it runs up to a fuse box that has continuity (under helm). But then from there no power to dash. (Not sure how to test the off/run switch.) Fuses are all good. When I put multi meter to starter it reads 12.75 volts. Also have brand new relay on. When I put charge to relay boat cranks but don't turn over.

It's fixed! I replaced 90 amp fuse. The starter relay wires were fused to the bolt. Guessing it was just stright corrosion. Fuse was beat up a little. Thank you Alldodge! Your knowledge is amazing!
