Fuses and bilge blower

I have a 94 Sundancer. The switch on the dash doesn't make the bilge blower go on anymore. The blower works, I confirmed that. I popped the switch out and jumped the black and yellow wires to see if the switch was bad, and it doesn't make the blower run.
There is a bank of fuses under the dash and they all look gook. Unfortunately, I cannot read the whole fuse chart b/c it is blocked by some bar that holds the dashboard, I guess.

Any ideas where else to look for the problem? Are there any fuses located elsewhere that might affect the blower?
