My motor is a 2005 Mercury 60 hp four stroke SN1B063517. When I go to "start" the only thing that happens is I get the momentary beep. The instruments show nothing. Tilt & Trim work. Four fuses in the console and the four on the forward side of the motor are good. The battery shows 12.3 volts. I'm thinking there may me a main fuse or breaker I'm missing. Suggestions? many thanks
