Fuse Panel; did I get one???

I have a 1994 201 Pro XL w/ 1988 Johnson GT 200.

I have looked for it, just can not seem to find it; but to tell the truth, I have turned the boat inside out to look for it. I was thinking that if I would throw the question out there, someone that knew would throw back the answer...
