Fuse location

I have a 2013 Voyager pontoon boat. I was getting fire to the ignition and gauges but not the lights, horn etc. I found the fuse to them back at the battery but in the process shorted something going to the ignition. No fire at all.i can’t find a fuse to that. Any ideas. Thanks

What motor is hanging off the back so this can be moved to the right section to get advice on a no start condition.

Honda 40 four stroke. It was starting until I pulled the panel back and shorted something out. Thanks

Problem solved. So far. I found the fuse.

Was the fuse located by the starter? Or not?
