I know it's a poor image...my cheap digital cam doesn't have a preview screen.<br /><br />Here's a bass I caught this morning, not sure if you can tell, but it looks like the head of a 2-pounder on the body of a half-pounder...it's about 11 inches altogether.<br /><br />
<br /><br />Last Monday I caught one about that same length but its head looked like it belonged on its body. Both of my other fish this morning were a little bigger but at least they looked normal. <br /><br />Ever seen this before? Is it some wierd time in the bass life cycle, like the start of puberty, or does it mean their growth is stunted & we need to harvest the smaller fish? This is a slot lake...you can take under 14 or over 18.
