Funny But not if tru

There is a story going round in our vilage (dont know if its tru).

That a woman came home went to the bathroom and found her husband in a pool of blood, with a plunger in is you know what.
he was just capable of telling he slipt and fel on it.
Than he died of the bleeding.

Sure, he slipped and fell.

But was it in his you know what, before he slipped and fell?

The hospital emergency rooms are often busy with people that "slipped and fell" and something went in there.

I heard it on Bob&Tom, supposedly this old guy couldn't find the bath tub stopper so he used the plunger instead. While he was soaping up he slipped and fell on it. It took several hours of surgery to removed it.

I worked in an emergecy for 10 years, it's amazing what can fit up there. I doubt this story because there would not be a pool of blood,
any blood would most likely remain in the abdominal cavity.
