Pennzoil. It's meets or exceeds TC-W3 oils.

I have a 30ELH 1987 model. Would run it in the injection system?

I trust Pennzoil, but the name...Full Synthetic? Makes me wonder.

Re: Full Synthetic 2-cycle Outboard Oil

Not sure of that oil specifically, but they typically mix with non-synthetics in general. Why change now? I wouldn't. I might be inclined in a new motor and keep on using it, but the thing is 20 years old. Use the cheap stuff. Anything you can get now is better than was available back then. If you already bought it, you shouldn't be afraid to use it. But I wouldn't spend the extra $$$ on a 20 year old motor. I just don't see any advantage to it.

Having said that, I have an 87 Celica with 260K miles and I'm using synthetic oil in that. But that's more for the cold temps and petroleum's tendency to thicken-up in cold winter temps. Synthetic stays about the same as when it's warm and the motor zings right over with the starter no matter how cold it gets outside.

Dealer closed down here. Used to buy it out of a 55 gal drum...byoj.

I saw this at wally world and be darn didn't see in big bold letters Full Synthnetic.

I agree why change now, Its on the website. Some things change after 20 yrs.

One thing about a 20 yr. old motor..I can work on the darn thing....lol

Man that motor has not had anything but Yamaha best blends and a lil Cajun rice since day one.

My buddies tell me I got a rice burner....I don't mind "I ain't paddled yet".

Thanks for the replys

Proven? Bull. Claimed over and over is more like it.
