fuel tube pick up where to buy?

Any one know where I can get a fuel pick up tube to replace the one in my 85 gallon fuel tank?

I believe the tube has a leak above the screen so when the fuel is below this it must suck air or does having a anti sipon valve stop this from happening?

thanks how will this part connect to mine.which has the elbow coming out the tank I see there is one thats similar on this site but appears to be out of stock i thought the elbow and the tube were one so it seals any chance of air above the gas to get in
