fuel tank size ????

I have a cobia 180 sunskiff. I would like to know what size fuel tank came in this boat. It is under the floor model (center line) tank.

Hey, you are correct about that method and i appreciate your reply but, the floor has just been replace and sealed up ----now ain't that a hoot and a half -----

Whoever replaced the decking/floor has made a mistake... the area/fuel tank needs to be accessible for inspection of lines/hose on a periodic basis... or "Boom, Boom" out goes the light!!!<br /><br />Now did they just lay carpeting over access panel for a better cosmetic fit or cover it completely???<br /><br />Let me know....<br /><br />Also, most boats of that size used a tank size of anywhere from about 18-21 gallons depending on power plant... so this might help you a little. But I would check on access panel for fuel tank!!!<br /><br />

I still have access to the hoses and sending unit for the tank but, the restis sealed up but it does have a drain underneath the tank. I thought it may have been a 30 gallon tank but after puting in 17 gallons it ran out the vent tube. 17 gallons won't take the old inline 115 hp mariner to far offshore will it. I may have to tow a dingy loaded with fuel....hehe
