fuel tank on xpress bay boat

Good day everyone, I have a 24ft xpress bay boat. It takes forever to fuel it up when it is on the trailer, have not even attempt to do it when the boat is in the water. Is it just me who has this problem or is it common on this model boat.

Check the vent line for any clogs, etc. as well as the main fuel fill line. The tank should be able to fill at a decent rate.

Tell us what brand and model boat you have, that may get you some more specific answers.

Thank you for the info. The boat is a H24B Xpress bay boat (2013). I personally think the hole for the fuel cap has been drilled to low or they have put the wrong fuel tank in. When the boat is on the trailer there is almost no slope from the fuel cap to the tank inlet. I am currently working off shore and should be back next weekend. Much appreciated for all the advice and will try everything before I have to go and buy a new fuel tank. It is a 30 gallon tank. Looking forward to hear back from you.
