Looking for information on the fuel valves pictured. I ran out of gas in one tank and need to switch to the other tank but I don't know the position of each value or how this valve system works. Thanks in advance.

Is this on a twin engine boat? What is off to left? These valves are open when the handle is parallel to the valve body and off when at right angles.

Yes this is a twin engine boat. The way you cropped the pic is close to correct. So the middle valve is used as a sort of reserve if one tank runs out the middle valve can be turned to run both engines off 1 tank?

Yes, and with you running out of gas, it shows you were only running on one

Is pumping the throttle the best was to get gas back in the lines?
No, pump the throttle just pumps what is in the carb. If nothing is in the carb, there is nothing to pump

If you have mechanical fuel pumps, crank 10 seconds, let sit for 30 seconds and repeat. Do that twice then try a couple pumps and crank

Can also drip just a very slight bit of gas down the carb. Note very little, table spoon. Then crank, it should fire and run for a short time. Can repeat if gas has not made it to the carb yet
