I hope all is well!!
I need a fuel supply module for a Mercury 90ELPT 4S EFI. Of course the part is backordered and I'm told only made by Mercury and the shipping date continues to be extended. Does anyone have any info on whether there is a replacement part or any suggestions on how to get my boat back in the water this season, (Mercury now says 8/30/22 for shipping)
Thank you for any suggestions!!

Agree their ship from factory, but have you thought about buying the parts inside the module? They show the same but can search on the part numbers and can find them.

What issue you having?

Thank you very much for helping. I beached the boat. When backing out, the engine was not in the sand, there was plenty of water under it, I gave it a fair amount of gas. I backed out about 50 feet and put. the boat in forward, it stalled. After several tries, the I got the boat to run very poorly at a low idle and made it back to the marina. The mechanic said he cleaned and flushed out everything, changed some hoses and still the boat would run at a sloppy low idle. He took the boat out again and it ran ok until he went over about 3500 rpms. Then the same problem. He said he put the boat on the computer which led him to the fuel supply module. I guess I don't know which part of the fuel supply module I should be replacing. Do you know any way to figure that out?

Would need to know what the code was. Would also like to know what the fuel pressure output is. Could be any of the components, low/high pumps, regulator or float. There is a shrader valve where the fuel pressure is measured

Don't see how the fuel module/pump would have a problem even if it sucked up some sand. Might just be by chance that it started. In most cases I would start with removing the fuel filter and dump the contents into a clear container, to see if there is anything but clean gas

Thank you again. The mechanic does say he has done that with the fuel filter. I'll see if I can get the code from the mechanic, I don't think he has the people to replace parts in the module, I have a genius engineer friend who is telling me if he had the module and new what to replace in it, he could do it. I'll work on getting the code from the mechanic. Am I correct in saying that when putting the computer on the boat, it will lead me to the problem but not tell me what the problem is or will the code give me enough information on what part in the module is the problem? I can't thank you enough for taking the time to help me with this. When I looked yesterday to get the part as a complete module, one distributer said that they are not sure if Mercury will even be offering the part complete again and the only repair will need to be replacing the parts inside the module. I'll ask the mechanic for the code and get the boat in my driveway where I have a bit more control of the situation. You've given me hope the boat may see some water this season again!!

The code will help but may not say what is actually wrong, we need clues. Need to know what the fuel pressure reading is.

If pressure isn't high enough then full power is not achievable. If its to high then it floods the motor
