Fuel running out of carb when primer bulb is squeezed. Cleaned my carbs and the issue persists.

Bought myself a nice little bass boat just before I turned 18. Has a 1989 Blackmax XR4 150HP on it. When purchased it ran great. Put it in storage and it hasn’t been the same since. I’ve had the boat for a year and I haven’t been able to open it up. Engine keeps bogging out. I replaced my bulb, fuel pump, fuel filter, and just deep cleaned my carb and found no issues. Needle, seat and float are in great shape. When priming the motor fuel still runs out of the bottom left butterfly. Furthermore the bulb seems to hold pressure to a certain extent. What else can I do? I’m not a mechanic by any means but I cannot afford to take it to a shop.

Sounds like maybe the float/needle got positioned in a way that it's not properly seating when the bowl is full, bent float arm, bad needle/seat, something along those lines.

you need ta revisit tha carbs.. do not re-use any of tha gaskets no mater how good they look... replace tha needle and seats.. double check float heights....

Just cleaning a carb rarely works well, if your gonna take them apart, get a complete rebuild kit with new gaskets, needle and seat. Also they have instructions for properly setting up and adjusting your carb.
