I have 2000 Johnson 175 carbed outboard on 1991 20 ' trophy bayliner . I been getting a fuel restriction alarm when I am running 3000 rpm and above but not all the time . Sometimes primer ball will flatten when I run over 3000 rpms . It has a new fuel pump , filter , and primer bulb and hoses . I removed the connection barb fitting from the tank and there is no anti syphon valve on it . Does any one know if there a screen on the fuel pick up or a anti syphon valve would be in the tank on a older bayliner ? any ideas on how to fix something like this if my pick up is getting clogged ? Thanks JJB
