I was wondering if someone could help me get the fuel rails back in place. I had them out of place to get the injectors cleaned. I ended up with 2 extra nuts which isn’t right. One back of injectors is sitting deeper into the intake than the other. I tried piecing it together using the IPB but that wasn’t much help. It’s be great if someone had time to snap a picture of each side to show how the screws and bolts are put in. Thanks

Item #20 is in 4 places but 2 on the opposite I think had a nut with them as well.

Greetings and welcome to iBoats. . .

Perhaps you can post some actual photos of the engine/intake area to help folks visualize better the issue.

usually a bit of WD-40 is all that is needed on the o-rings to get a fuel rail to seat.

Hi

I’ll be winterising mine in the next few days. I’ll try and take some pics.

I’ll get some pictures of exactly what I’m talking about. Pardon the new guy gaffs while I learn my way around both the boat and the forum.
