Fuel pump doesn't get power

Hi
I have 1998 mercruiser 5.7 EFI and my port engine fuel pump doesn't get power.
I try switch releys and ECM from starboard engine but still nothing Olso I check with volt meter and power don't come when ignition is on or engine is cranking.
When I spray little bit of starting fluid down the throttle body it starts just for a second.

There is more to the system than just a relay and an ECM, have you followed the test procedures outlined in the service manual for your engine? Without an enine SN, it's impossible to tell you which manual you need.

I don't know the test procedures,don't have manual for this engine
But the SN is 0L067325

Ok, it is a 1998 5.7 EFI with a Bravo drive

It's kind of hard to follow, but I will come back in a bit with some details on where to look.

Ok, since your pumps aren't running for 2 seconds when you turn the key, start on page 5G-34 of the manual for the pump electrical tests.

Wow that was quick, i will print this part out and take it with me to the boat.
I think this will help a lot, i allready see things more clearly.

So i was following the procedure on page 5G-35 and that take me on #8 fuel filter,restricted hose,fuel level,disconnected hose etc...
Then I take main fuel line off the filter and try to blow in but I find out hat you can't blow thru but when you try to suck it out gas is going then I connect it back on and engine fired up right away.
So basically engine is running like a champ but I still not sure how did i fix it?
Anyway servis manual did help a lot i did make it running.
