I have a 2009 4 stroke honda BF9.9 runs great. but when i am at about 800-1000 rpm or also at idle there seems to be fuel trailing the boat on top of the water dont notice it when rpms are higher motor runs good but is some hesitation when you go from 1000 rpms to full throttle takes a minute to catch up.Anyone have any ideas.
