Fuel or misfiring issue

i have a 2007 mercruiser 350 mag mpi. When I put it under load it bogs. I’ve changed the spark plugs fuel filter dist cap rotor and it still either misfires or seems to starve fuel. Fuel pressure tested at around 42 lbs. anyone have any suggestions

Fuel pressure tested at around 42 lbs.

Does the fuel pressure stay there on acceleration?
Is this a new to you boat or did this issue just start?

If not new a new issue and pressure stays up then need to get the motor scanned for codes

Paint chips have clogged your fuel system/injectors from the cool fuel 3. A guess. Merc is fixing this well known issue on their dime if that matters.
