63 evenrude 40hp has no power at wot. I checked compression on both cilenders 110 & 110 psi, replaced plugs. checked spark, engine ran fine with choke cover open, when i closed cover the engine had no power. there is no air filter on this motor where do I start looking? [/LIST]
