Fuel lines on 1996 50hp four stroke big foot

Is there a low and a high pressure side on the fuel pump. I took my carbs. to clean and I may gotten the lines crossed that go from the bottom of the #4 carb. and to #2 carb. It has a miss a times at low idle but seems to run fine WOT. The fuel bulb does not get tight when it is pumped up also. Any help would greatly appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think so on my 50 hp the top port on the pump goes to 1 2 and 3 the bottom port goes to 4 so I would think it doesn't matter unless each carb had two lines high and low pressure
