I have a 1988 110 HP. From the fuel tank to the motor is the supply hose or connecter an issue? Will the motor run the same with a 5/16" or 3/8" fuel line?

Thanks

3/8 isn't required until you get to the V-6s.

Willy BWright and all others. Thank You.

I also did a search and came up with the same conclusion.

Point being: Use the "Search" option before posting as is suggested. It contains a wealth of information.

greater than 6 feet in distance I would look a little closer at tube size.

Original fuel hose and fittings (stock 6 gallon tank to motor) used 5/16 according to the parts manual. With a built in tank,we used to rig with 3/8 as that was the size fitting on the (then new) fuel tank.

DHP
