I have a 92 evinrude 140 v4 outboard motor. when I pump the primer bulb fuel comes out of one of the fuel lines that isn't connected. I don't know why it is disconnected but it is. I cant see anywhere that it would go to. does anyone have a picture or a diagram of the hose routings for the fuel lines? any help would be great. thank you ahead of time.

Re: fuel line question

Is is a very small fuel hose? Maybe one of the fuel primer hoses that goes to the top of each carb. What is the position of the red lever on the top of the fuel primer solenoid?

Re: fuel line question

I would think the fuel line would go only to the vapor separator. Maybe the float/inlet needle in the vapor separator is leaking out the vapor pump? How about a picture?

Re: fuel line question

I don't believe the 1992 140 had a vapor separator. Correct me if I'm wrong.
