Fuel Injectors, Mercruiser 5.0 Bravo

Is there a way to check if Fuel injectors are working, without removing and having them flow tested? Heard horror stories about cylinders and wall damage from non-working injectors. Currently not getting a smooth run. Fuel pressure at idle is 42 and less than 45 at throttle. Pressure leaks down to 20 after about an hour or so.

Pressure and injectors seem to be good at closing off. The leak down time looks real good

To check if any are running rich or lean would be to remove spark plugs and compare
