Hello,
Looking to know if it is normal or not. Maybe it can be something that I can repair myself?

Earlier in the summer, when we were starting the boat, we could see some fuel in the water.

After around a month of not starting it, we started it (it's always take a couple of shot because we have to pump with the speed lever for it to start to fill the fuel line "I believe" this is how it works for older boats).
We do 3 forward push then back to the starting position, doesn't start, give it 3 more pumps, does not start, give it 3 more and the motor starts. Then we could see a lot of fuel in the water and we were wondering if this was normal (considering the age of the motor / quantity of "pump").

I am attaching pictures. Sorry for the quality but it's hard to take fuel in photos :)

Thank you for any advice!
