I have used brass fittings on my fuel separator in the past and was looking for the proper sealant when I came across this statement on the web;
Brass contains zinc, and you would never use that in a fuel system as it reacts with the fuel and can block precision injectors, filters etc.
Could someone elaborate on this and I am still looking for the right sealant?
