Fuel filter replacement BF150

I have a new to me 2004 honda BF150. I looked in owners manual at high pressure and low pressure filter replacemnt and water seperator. How do you remove the screws? Do you have to remove the lower cowl on both sides to access these. How about the vapor line filter?

Please educate me.

When I did mine I did remove the lower cowl. It would be really tough to get to the one in the vapor separator otherwise.
