Fuel filter for 69 Searay

I have a 1969 Searay SRV 185. It has a 120 hp I/o with a Mercruiser stern drive. I am having trouble finding a fuel filter for it. I am looking for a recommendation for a new inline filter/water separator.

I also have a hose that tees off before the filter and loops above and tees after the fuel pump. I can not find and documentation on what this hose does. Thanks.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,... 'bout any of the fuel filter housings iboats sells here are just fine,...
There's only a couple of styles, 'n all are adaptable...

Got a picture of yer "t'ed" hose,..??
probably shouldn't be there,... donno...

Found a couple of filters for this year. Will update at end of year. Still can't ID the attached picture of bypass hose. What it does?
