Fuel efficient!

I can't believe how fuel efficient my new to me 2016 Yamaha f90 is! I've been out fishing 4-5 times on a tank of gas that was 3/4 full when I started. I still have 1/2 a tank in her left. Granted the distance isn't real far 3-4 miles, but I leave her idling the whole time out and there is a lot of moving around while fishing. Not sure what the capacity of the tank is but I know that with my old inboard engine that I replaced I would be lucky to get 2 trips on the same amount. I know thats comparing apples to oranges but I'm loving it!

Not exact, but its the same place and type of fishing I always do (cod) so compared to the old engine, I'm in awe! I've burned about $50 Can. gas this year and gas is running about $2/liter or higher. Roughly 25 liters. Distance I would rough estimate about 8 miles per trip plus idle time of a couple hours. My old engine was a 1978 165 L6 inboard and that thing was far from fuel efficient..
