Fuel Drips from tilted 1996 Johnson 200HP Ocean Runner

Hi All - <br /><br />I have a 1996 Johnson 200HP Ocean Runner that drips fuel when I tilt it up after stopping the engine. Is this normal? A friend mentioned it might just be the carbs emptying out, but it seems to be a lot of fuel to drain into the bilge. Perhaps a gasket is bad?<br /><br />wickwack

On the back of the air silencer there is a hose that goes to the crankcase. Is that still connected on both ends?
