Fuel delivery problem

I have a 2012 mercury 60 EFI. Takes off fine then 15 to 20 seconds it runs out of gas. Can squeeze the primer bulb and as long as I squeeze primer bulb it will run fine. I replaced fuel pump ( mechanical) no change. Replaced fuel line from tank to motor. Replace 2 fuel filters. Problem still exist . I can start it and watch the plastic canister type filter fuel level drop , I squeeze the bulb it fills back up. Any ideas?

I'll take a stab at it. Line in tank I bet (since you replaced everything else).

If you fill the tank does it still have an issue ?
or
If you connect your fuel line to an external gas can do you have an issue ?
