Ft Myers Fla boating help

We are renting a villa in Ft Myers next week. I have read every bit of info I can find about vacations in So. Fla especially Lee County. <br /><br />However I can't find anythig about boating in the region, the Villa comes with a boat, and I have lots of experience both sailing an power boating. <br /><br />However I wonder if there is a web site for charts and more boating info. Seems like the fishing fleet would have info to access. <br /><br />Thanks <br />Steve

Not sure what size boat you have but here is the scoop. Plenty of nice spots in the back water San Carlos Bay, Estero Bay for back water fishing. Also Sanibel Causeway & Light House/Pier is always good. <br />Awesome place to visit and hang out South to Lovers Key beautiful secluded beaches. You can head to Sanibel & Captiva Tropical and relaxing. Last but not least Go to Cabbage Key made famous by Jimmy Buffet "Cheesburger in Paradise" can only get there by boat and is worth the trip.
