I have a 25hp Johnson, I think it's a '78, I have quite a few ob's (sea scouts) so I'm not sure, can check if necessary. Anyway, it sat in the yard for a few years with a fouled cooling system. Recently I picked it up since I now have a possible application and it still turned over and fired, so I began cleaning out the cooling system. I ran some vinegar through it and it knocked out a lot of ****, but the indicator still wasn't working, so I put some more vinegar in to soak. I came out the next morning and my dad had set the motor upside down (on the flywheel cover) to "help the vinegar go through". Well, aparently it leaked into the cylinders (and presumably corroded them) and now the flywheel won't budge with a hammer (it was very smooth before, started on one pull after years in storage). Is there any way to save this motor? It has been very reliable and I would like to fix it.<br />-Randy
