Front mount is stuck - can't adjust

I just put in a new gimbal bearing and I need to make a minor adjustment. Working on the front mount, I have the jam nut loose but the lock nut and adjustment nuts will not budge. I am using a 12" adjustable wrench and even with a 4 lb sledge I can't get anything to move. Am I missing something obvious here?

I have been spraying wd40 every few hours. There is no rust on anything. I even removed the rear seat to gain better access. It has some bad wood that I need to repair so I needed to remove it anyway.

Get a longer wrench sized to fit the nut,I think it's a 1-1/8 inch and a bigger hammer.

1-5/16, just went through trying to figure that one out lol.
Once the jam nut is loose, loosen the lower nut above the jam nut first(the upper nut will not loosen until the lower is loose, adjust upper nut.
You will more than likely need the 1 5/16 wrench though as it is much longer than the adjustable(more torque) then hit it with the 4lb.

Ok thanks. Ordered my 1 5/16 from Amazon for $8 as nobody had one locally.
