We woke up to nice weather in Yarmouth, NS. Our plan was to cross the Bay of Fundy to Bar Harbor, a 120 mile straight across crossing or go 160+ miles by going around Grand Manan Island. We did the latter.
Due to the NNW wind direction we decided not to go straight across the Bay of Fundy but to head north 1st into St. Mary's Bay, cross over to the east shore Brier and Long Islands and then cut through Tiverton Little Passage and head for Grand Manan Island, and then on to the coast of Maine.
We continued along the Maine coast heading southwest toward Bar Harbor.
