Two #46's (nylon washers) #31 (two prop shaft seals installed back to back and one #51 (O-ring)
These are the usual culprits. Might as well replace #27 (large O-ring) while you have the bearing carrier out.

What about #3 (set screw) . Do I need a washer\gasket here? I know it's not on pic, but shouldn't there be one?
You sure that's all I need. I'm getting parts delivered and costs me $15 each time. Want to make sure I have all parts before placing order. Thanks.

Nope. #3 screws just hold water intake screens in place. They don't penetrate the gear housing.

IF it STILL leaks after all that you may have a crack. Get the "glows under blacklight dye" at the auto parts store and follow the directions. Fix the crack with JBWeld and sand smooth. Obviously, if it's a big or structural crack you need a new gear housing.
