Friction Lock Knob

I am not having any luck here in Eastern Canada finding a part for my 10 HP Honda outboard. My motor is a Model B100, serial #1009101, year 1978.<br />The part I am looking for is the Friction Lock Knob, located on the steering/throttle handle.<br /> The part number given to me by Honda Canada is 53160-883-000 which they say is now discontinued.<br />Anyone have any ideas where I might turn next?

I've had quite a bit of luck watching EBay, i bought a couple of lots of parts there from guys who were parting out complete outboards...
