Right now I've been dieing to get out fishing, gone a couple times and have been completely skunked. I've tried going to lakes I know have crappie and perch and have hear good reports about, and threw almost every artificial for them. I also went into the pines for pickerel with live shiners, and still nothing. Any kind of tips for this time of year. I've been going small and slow with my lure selection mostly, and fishing shallow ponds that should have warmed up quicker.
