....I checked it out on the weekend and it seemed to me the floors were getting soft.

Really? I think if I got it I would install an extra bilge pump or four it appears to have a minor leak.

How would you get that thing out of the water? I am actually asking a real question here. I have no idea how that could be pulled out. The only thing I can think of is a barge and a crane..........

air bladders and a compressor, once she's at the surface, kick on the pumps

get a realy powerfull boat attach a couple tow ropes to a few differnt locations and pull it up on a plane

Ping Pong balls.:p:D:D Saw them used on Mythbusters to raise a sunken boat about that size. :eek::)
