I had been looking for some quality NON spray can paint for my 1965 18hp Evinrude Fastwin. The only source that I found was in Canada and the price was too high ( $128.00 for a Pint ) I finally went on Ebay to TCP Global they have a stock color called Glacier Blue Metallic in Acrylic Enamel that is very close to the factory Evinrude color. The best part is that the price is only $60 for a QUART shipped to your door and includes hardner. I sprayed it with my HVLP touch-up gun at 8 psi. I would use this on any Evinrude motor from the 60's, 70' or 80's it looks great and has a durable hard finish. Here are some pictures below I only painted the lower unit for now, the complete motor in the picture is of my 65 33hp Evinrude just to compare.

I usually hit up Sea-Way Marine, for factory paint colors first, anymore. They are pretty good about stocking stuff for these vintage motors. I have been working on a 1959 Johnson Super Seahorse 35 and was able to find the colors locally.
