Fouling out plugs on 85hp Force

Motor runs poor, lacks power at speed, changed plugs ran good for about a minute then the same thing. Gas/oil mix 50-1 about 2 weeks old. Plugs not fouled badly. Any thoughts?????????

Poor compression or weak spark. Check them and go from there.
