iboats_tim Kiter007 the "FORUMS5" discount on purchases doesnt work.

also, the whole order acknowledgement spits about 50 pages of header at you that you have to scroll thru to get to the acknowledgement.

FORUMS5 should work. :noidea: why it isn't unless some how it wasn't carried over during one of the store software changes

If you need something before the discount is corrected, a phone call should allow it's use.

no one answers phone on weekends when I normally do my ordering

This mornings purchase was a second purchase (first one went to a competitor Saturday because the price was $40 less on brand X website)

As I understand it, the discount is good on price matches, too.

Running an E-Commerce business on banker's hours isn't very smart. If online buying was foolproof and it isn't, threads like this wouldn't exist. Live support is necessary overhead or business goes somewhere else. 40 bucks less wasn't a lost $10 sale.

maybe consider people on the weekend to answer the phones. i needed a new steering cable and rack and found it for between $40 and $70 less. Teleflex (seastar) SSC12416

iboats price of $209 for a 16'. was trying to call iBoats for price match, however got a recording that i was calling after hours. it was 3pm on Saturday.

went with website X because they had it for $67 less and i got free shipping. would rather support iBoats
