Go to Boat-props.com they have a page to tell you how pitch and diameter affect your rpm. They also carry manny different brands.

Yeah Hooty that will tell you the theoretical MPH, but it wont tell you if your motor will power it to full rpm's. Also diameter, and number of blades figure in. <br /><br />Its best if you know someone that will let you take some short test runs with different props. This is one good reason to never buy mail order, but to find a good Marina and spend your money there. The service and extras will pay you back in the long run.

thanks for the info. I have repowered the motor the tach not working yet, Trying to cal.rpm on old motor. which only lasted 2 trips out after I bought it.
