ford engine with blown freeze plugs

I have a 1989 bluewater 221 offshore that appears the freeze plugs have blown. I just acquired the boat and got it running but water coming thru freeze plugs. Any how to help and input will be greatly appreciated. What is the odd that block is cracked ? Thank you for all input. This had s ford motor with omc cobra

Hate to say it but most likely the block and and manifolds are most likely cracked. Those plugs are casting plugs used when the block was made. They do not protect the block from freeze damage. If you are lucky and they pushed out....... you can get new ones at an auto parts store. They are sealed with paint and pressed in.

If the core plugs were simply pushed out and everything drained ,you got very lucky
But it dosent work that way in most cases, plugs should be brass and should not leak thru them. Auto parts store should have brass ones .
Might be easier to replace them with rubber plugs first to see if the engine is salvagable
