Force boat motor

I have a 1994 40hp Force. I don't seem to be getting any spark. Turns over good but won't kick. I tried ether in the cylinders and still nothing. Someone said could be the power pak. I don't have a manual yet(on order). What's the power pak look like? and how do I test it? Could it be something else? One person said power pak was expensive. How much?

verify the kill switch tether circuit is good ( if it has one)<br /><br />thats thrown me afew times on my force 50
