Compression, spark, timming, carb just cleaned, link and sync, fuel is new and mixed 48:1 I've also mixed richer 40:1 no joy. After warm up and I head out, the motor will turn up like a raped ape and shoot my 16 and a half foot Champion out and up on plain like a rocket and it will run at max rpms 5400 as long as I keep the rpms up. After I set 'er down and fish for a bit; its time to go home she limps at about 2300 or so back to dock. Spark plugs are clean and wet with fuel even the pistons are wet. It idels fine never misses runs smoooth.
