Force 85 HP no start/no spark

Help please. !984 engine was ok one day, hard start for the next few attempts and finally would just die out imediatly after starting. Almost like locking up but was definatly ignition failure. A sprk tester on wires showed maybe intermitant spark @ lower cylinder, I replaced that coil to no availe. Now I have no spark. any ideas? This has the type 111 ignition
