Force 85 3-Cyl ( Gear-exchange )

Hi'

I need to know my gear-exchange on my force 85 3-cyl from 1985. My prop is needed to be fixed in a milling machine. And the propman need to know the gear-exchange.

Hi,

I don't understand exactly what you mean.

It should be a 13 inch diameter with a 19 pitch. Most likely.

I think the spline is 15 teeth.

I have a 1984 85 hp and that is what I have.

I you can put in serial numbers it would help if I am mistaken.

If yoiu mean the gear ratio, it varies: it will either be 2 to 1 or 1.78 to one. I have seen both. Mark the propeller and turn the drive shaft to see if it goes around two times for each turn of the prop or about 1 3/4 times
