I have a force 70 that I just purchased on a capri bayliner. I'm a new boater and the first day it ran ok and started every time but bogged at a high speed and cut off. Next day out it cut off and would not start again in neutral. I have changed fuel filter, fuel bulb, spark plugs, cleaned fuel pump, ran sea foam through it and new fuel line. still does the same thing. it will start with the choke in and the motor on a high gear but will not stay running unless press choke. if I bring down rpm's or go to neutral it shuts off.. please help.
